What are the common causes of heap turning machine failures?
1. Water. The water content of fermentation raw materials is controlled at 60~65%. The verdict on water: The less and slower the fermenting water, the less permeable the water is, which also causes "decaying bacteria" to work and produce odors. Grab a material and look at the watermark, but do not drop it off, the drop points should be properly dispersed.
2. Pile construction. The stack height and volume cannot be too short or too small. Requirements: Stack height 1-1.3 meters, width 2-3 meters, unlimited length.

4. Add the fungus. 1kg starter can ferment sludge + cow manure about 10 tons. If rice husks and wood chips are added, the fermentation time will be prolonged due to the high cellulose lignin content.
