The thermostat is faulty, resulting in poor heat dissipation. The thermostat is located in the outlet of the engine, its function is to adjust the cooling intensity, when the diesel engine just started the body temperature is low, effectively cut off the large circulation waterway automatically connected to the small circulation waterway, reduce the heat dissipation so that the diesel engine temperature rises quickly; When the temperature of the diesel engine rises to a certain temperature after running for a period of time, the thermostat will automatically open the large cycle and close the small cycle, and increase the heat dissipation to keep the temperature of the diesel engine in a certain range. If the thermostat is damaged can not be connected to the large circulation waterway, resulting in poor cooling water circulation, diesel engine heat dissipation caused by overheating. Inspection and elimination method: Remove the thermostat, put it in hot water, when the temperature reaches about 70℃, the main valve should begin to open, in 80 ~ 86℃ should be fully opened, the valve height is generally not less than 9mm. If it does not meet the requirements, repair or replace it in time.
